Job Overview
- We are seeking a matured, nurturing, organized, and proactive Resident Relations Supervisor (Female) to manage our in-house exotic dancers’ well-being and ensure they remain compliant with company policies and country regulations.
- This role is crucial in maintaining a harmonious and professional environment, enabling our team to thrive while adhering to all operational and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination: Oversee the daily schedules and appointments for in-house dancers, ensuring timely attendance and smooth operations.
- Welfare Management: Provide support for dancers’ housing and general well-being, creating a comfortable and safe environment.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all employees follow company rules and policies, addressing non-compliance promptly and professionally.
- Immigration Compliance: Monitor and manage adherence to the country’s immigrant regulations, including documentation and work permits.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for dancers, addressing their needs, concerns, and welfare-related issues.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure dancers are available as required for performances and events, staying aligned with schedules and company expectations.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and foster a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of schedules, compliance issues, and welfare matters, reporting to management regularly.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle schedules, housing, and welfare needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees and management.
- Understanding of immigration policies and legal compliance related to employment.
- Compassionate and approachable, with the ability to foster trust and support among employees.
- Firm and assertive when enforcing company policies and rules.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
