HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST ID-190
Main Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for providing all personnel administration services to employees.
- Prepares information of payroll accounts, withholdings and other necessary information to be reported to federal, state and local agencies as required.
- Responsible for preparing reports for budget process.
- Maintains individual employee data records, ensuring the confidentiality of information contained in employee files.
- Prepares reports on employee turnover, absenteeism and overtime.
- Provides Human Resources services to the region or the area under scope, giving assistance in recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, benefits and or personnel administration.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences with a second class upper as preference
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and CIPM membership an added advantage
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
