ABOUT:

Catering exclusively to confident, sophisticated, vibrant, and relatable women, our client is an international luxury womenswear brand with a presence in Nigeria, specializing in blazer sets for various occasions.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for telling the DWL story in engaging and impactful ways through online content.


LOCATION:

Ilasan, Lekki Axis , Lagos 


WORK HOURS:

Full Time / Hybrid (1 day On-Site, 4 days Remote)

9am - 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Organize and coordinate DWL's online media content, brainstorming new ideas to enhance engagement and impact.
  • Create weekly content and editorial plans.
  • Create and curate content for all DWL online channels, including, but not limited to, social media, websites, and newsletters.
  • Develop, plan, and implement social media communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media accounts.
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with technology and trends that contribute to the growth of DWL's online channels.
  • Organize and manage online activities for the DWL brand to foster community and raise brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Founder to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with online communities.
  • Engage online media for the placement of lifestyle marketing content for the brand, such as Bellanaija, Thisday Style, and others.


QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role with a relevant university degree.
  • Experience launching community engagement initiatives such as newsletters, online activations, online contests, and more.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, attention to detail, and an ability to think strategically and critically.
  • An ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of online and digital marketing (SEO engagement, website traffic, analytics, etc.).
  • Experience (with measurable impact) with social media management for brands and programs.
