Job Title: Retail Banking Executive in the Banking/Financial Institution Industry

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Salary: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Retail Banking Executive to join our team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in financial services marketing, business development, and customer relationship management. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the banking industry, market trends, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

- Promote financial products and services to existing and prospective clients.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

- Organize marketing campaigns, product awareness events, and financial literacy programs.

- Work closely with the product development team to ensure market-fit offerings.

- Maintain and update customer databases for targeted marketing activities.

- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and growth strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development within a financial institution (bank, microfinance, investment firm, etc.).

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the banking sector.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.

- Knowledge of banking products, financial services, and regulatory compliance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
