Drive the deepening of market penetration and share of wallet of Trade and Cash management businesses of strategic customers (CBG, CMBG, RBG and PSG) for coverage area.
Provide strategic business intelligence on top customers within coverage area for targeted marketing by TB Sales team and RMs (CBG, CMBG, RBG and PSG).
Originate new cash management and trade Finance transactional business opportunities
Provide feedback from clients to the product managers and other stakeholders to help develop new products and solutions and enhance existing products/solutions.
Manage and deepen existing TB relationship with existing Trade and cash management customers while originating new business relationships with new customers.
Marketing of trade and cash management products to new and existing customers of CBG, CMB, RBG and PSG to meet their business needs and grow transaction volume and non-interest revenue.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of deals
Collaborate with RMs across Business Units (CBG, CMBG, RBG and PSG) within catchment area to maintain existing and win new Businesses.
Joint Marketing calls with Relationship Teams to prospect new names and deepen wallet share of existing business.
Drive the delivery of sales and revenue targets on trade and Cash management products within the area of coverage.
Provide guidance and direction in the execution of trade and Cash management sales activities within the location of control.
Engage with customers of CBG, CMBG, RBG and PSG to determine their business needs, provide suitable solutions and provide advisory services within the coverage area.
Drive the adoption and usage of the deployed trade and cash management platforms/solutions by customers within the area of coverage to generate projected revenues.
Profiling of customers, conversion of prospects and providing of market insight for strategic and targeted marketing of customers to assigned Business units within area of coverage.
Provide internal (staff) and external (CBG, CMBG, PSG, RBG customers) trainings on Trade and cash management products.
Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements in the execution/processing of the cash management and trade transactions by Banking Services, Transaction Banking Operations and Business Units within coverage area.
Ensure comprehensive marketing coverage of prospects list advised by product managers for the target business segment.
