Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the IT industry and a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and sell IT services and digital marketing solutions to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and target segments.
- Meet with clients to understand their business needs and pain points, and recommend tailored IT and digital marketing solutions.
- Present proposals, demos, and pricing options to clients and prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, development, and project management to create winning solutions and proposals.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients through email, phone calls, and meetings to build long-term relationships.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, B2B platforms, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress using CRM software.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost lead generation.
- Offer insights and feedback from the market to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Attend webinars, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to represent the company and build connections.
- Support post-sale activities including onboarding and client retention efforts.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication skill is a must
