• Be Part of Our Mission: Learnlight is an EdTech company that’s passionate about putting trainers at the heart of the learning experience because that’s what delivers life-changing impact. • Your Career Opportunity: In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Team Leader in Trainer Recruitment on full-time hours and working from home remotely. • This is a maternity cover position offered as a fixed-term contract for 12 months. • As a Trainer Recruiter, you’ll have a direct impact on sourcing, attracting and recruiting the best training professionals to work at Learnlight, while contributing to the growth of a strong trainer talent pipeline and keeping up with the latest recruitment trends in the market. • Organize and manage reactive and proactive recruitment campaigns for new trainers, including updating advertisements on external websites. • Screen and assess candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews to ensure suitability for training requirements. • Maintain close communication with the Trainer Success team and provide regular updates and reports. • Manage and update internal systems such as ATS, SharePoint, and MS Planner, as well as handle speculative trainer applications. • Conduct demographic research and track global trainer rate fluctuations to expand and manage candidate pools in key locations. • Prepare monthly KPI reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal recruitment documents and guides.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus • Solid computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools • University degree preferred
