We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store(s). This role involves managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily retail operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of each store location.
Drive sales and profitability by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies for growth.
Train, mentor, and manage retail staff to ensure high performance, professionalism, and customer service standards.
Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
Prepare regular reports on store performance, staff productivity, and sales trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in retail sales or store management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in retail management software is an added advantage.
