We're looking to hire an HR Lead in Awka, Anambra State. This role involves overseeing production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and update HR documents, including employee handbooks, policies, job descriptions, and contracts.
Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, job roles, and payroll details.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting initial training and ensuring a smooth transition.
Handle general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
Prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation as required.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the directors and expatriates.
Assist in implementing HR software and office technologies to improve efficiency.
Process and respond to employee requests, including leave applications and inquiries regarding HR policies.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive company information.
Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
Experience managing expatriate processes and compliance.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
