Job Title: Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist
Objective: To drive sales of our online course, achieving a target of 50 course sales per month
Start Date: Immediately
Startup Salary: 100,000 Naira, to be reviewed after 3 months

B. Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to reach the target audience and achieve sales goals. This includes:
1. Digital Marketing
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and build backlinks to improve organic search rankings
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content creation & design team to develop valuable and engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics) related to presentation skills and promote it across various channels
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, run targeted advertising campaigns, and manage social media communities
- Email Marketing: Build and manage email lists, create email campaigns to nurture leads and promote courses, and automate email sequences
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Propose paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, optimising for conversions and ROI
- Lead Generation(LG): Develop and implement strategies to capture leads (potential customers) through various channels, such as free webinars, downloadable resources, quizzes, and contests
2. Sales:
- Follow up on leads, answer questions about the course, and close deals online
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and discounts
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage customer relationships and provide an excellent customer service culture
C. Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the online education or training industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to create or suggest engaging and persuasive marketing materials
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with video marketing and editing
- Knowledge of presentation skills and training
- Existing network of contacts in the presentation skills or business training industry
