Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Executive at Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd. The role will involve market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing tasks. While the position is based in Aba, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Sales prospecting, Negotiation, and Customer relationship management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of real estate market trends and property development • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Experience in sales or real estate industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
