Mid-Level Battery & Inverter Sales Executive
Our client is hiring!
We are currently sourcing for a Mid-Level Sales Executive with solid, hands-on experience in Battery and Inverter sales. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking someone who understands the market, knows how to sell technical energy products, and is ready to contribute immediately.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years proven sales experience specifically in Battery, Inverter, or Renewable Energy products.
Strong track record of meeting sales targets in the power/energy industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the Lagos market and willingness to travel when needed.
Must be available to resume immediately.
Educational Background:
Degree in any field (technical or business-related fields preferred).
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell battery and inverter solutions to B2B and B2C clients.
Identify new business opportunities and follow through on leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
KPIs:
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Expand customer base and increase market penetration.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Compensation:
Salary: ₦250,000 monthly (fixed)
Transport: ₦10,000 weekly (based on claims)
Mobile: ₦5,000
