Virtual Assistant (Social Media Management) ID-404

Virtual Assistant will play a vital role in assisting with website setup, market research, and

appointment scheduling. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a background

in e-commerce, specifically Big Commerce, and a strong understanding of the events planning

industry, particularly within the aesthetics and luxury sectors.


Key Responsibilities:


Big Commerce Website Support:

  • Assist in populating website templates with product information, images,

and content, following the client's training and guidelines.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the website.
  • Assist with basic website maintenance and updates.


Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and

potential clients within the aesthetics and luxury events planning industry.

  • Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the

client.


Appointment Scheduling and Communication:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and partners to schedule

appointments and meetings.

  • Manage the client's calendar and ensure timely communication.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries professionally and

courteously.


General Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized files and records.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.
