Provide leadership and strategy to the Non-ERP Applications team.

Identify training needs and growth opportunities for the team.
Motivate and inspire team members.
Ensure new hires integrate effectively into the company culture.
Manage time and leave management.
Definition, design, implementation and maintenance of the functional application assigned to you
Tracking of upcoming changes and ensuring application availability
Gathering business requirements and providing an implementation concept
User training including creation of IT training documents
Technical documentation of customizations and developments
Optimization of applications towards optimal performance and usability
Support the cloud adoption to Azure roadmap (cloud first strategy, both Infrastructure and applications)
Define non-functional requirements and requirement frameworks for our digital solutions portfolio
Support solution architects connecting other applications to the Technology stack in an industrialized manner

The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years' experience in application management, 10 years' experience or more preferred.
Team Handling experience manadatory
Experience in handling IT application development
Ability to understand BC's business processes and provide adequate support.
