Responsibilities:
Configure, troubleshoot and optimize SIP receivers within Microsoft Teams.
Manage Microsoft Teams telephony and voice services, ensuring high availability and performance.
Integrate and maintain SIP trunks and direct routing configurations.
Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and test VoIP solutions.
Monitor and resolve issues related to Teams call quality, connectivity, and SIP-based communications.
Assist in the implementation of security best practices for voice and SIP configurations.
Provide technical support and documentation for SIP-related setups and policies.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Teams voice solutions and SIP configurations.
Strong knowledge of SIP protocols, VoIP technologies, and direct routing.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting SIP trunks and PBX systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams Phone System, and SBCs (Session Border Controllers).
Ability to diagnose and resolve Microsoft Teams telephony issues efficiently.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on voice and network connectivity.
It's preferred:
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Associate or similar).
Experience working with third-party SIP providers and cloud-based telephony solutions.
Strong understanding of networking protocols related to voice communication (QoS, RTP, etc.).
Compensation:
The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position will start with a trial period of 1 month, depending on your performance will be extended as long-term contract.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
