Role Overview
Seeking a highly skilled IT Recruiter and Part-Time Recruiting Manager to source, engage, and hire top-tier software IT talent, with a focus on Salesforce, Workday (and other ERP), Data Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and AI Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for these technical roles in the US for US companies and experience in both active and passive candidate engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, especially for hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche skill sets, such as Salesforce, Workday, ERP, Data Engineering, Full Stack Development, and AI consulting.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and translate them into effective recruitment campaigns.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Promote a positive and attractive employer brand to attract high-caliber IT professionals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies in the IT recruitment space.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, with a focus on software and technical roles.
- Prior experience recruiting for Salesforce, Workday (and other ERP), Data Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and AI Consultants.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring teams.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using modern recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
