Job Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content on the Yelp platform. Identify and remove spam comments, fake reviews, and irrelevant content while adhering to company guidelines and policies. Ensure that all content complies with Yelp's content standards and community guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report and escalate issues as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing user concerns and inquiries related to content moderation.
