Role Overview: (languages known - Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Malayalam)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Translator to convert written and audio content from one language to another while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and context. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both the source and target languages and capable of delivering high-quality translations that align with our brand and audience expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate a wide range of content including documents, scripts, subtitles, websites, and multimedia content.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in translation.
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and voice-over artists for aligned output.
- Conduct proper research to ensure proper understanding of specialized terminologies.
- Proofread and edit translated content to ensure linguistic and grammatical accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of all translated materials.
- Use translation tools (CAT tools, subtitling software, etc.) efficiently when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Translation, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a professional translator or in a similar role.
- Fluency in [Language A] and [Language B] (written and spoken).
- Strong grasp of grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances in both languages.
- Familiarity with translation tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ, Subtitle Edit, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail and linguistic precision.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in media, education, legal, or technical domains is an advantage.
Bonus:
- Experience in subtitling or voice-over projects.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
