<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>We are looking for an Operator to serve as the first point of contact for customers.</li> <li>The Operator will handle customer inquiries, process orders through communication apps or phone, and ensure accurate information is passed to the kitchen and dispatch team.</li> <li>This role requires excellent English communication, tech-savvy, multitasking, and customer service skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate with customers via apps, chat, or phone in clear, professional English.</li> <li>Take and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.</li> <li>Enter and update orders into the system for the kitchen and dispatch teams.</li> <li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently.</li> <li>Provide updates on order status or delays to customers.</li> <li>Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders.</li> <li>Work closely with the kitchen, dispatchers, and trackers to ensure smooth service flow.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.</li> <li>Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong English communication skills spoken and written.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.</li> <li>Comfortable using a laptop, communication apps, chat systems, and smartphones.</li> </ul>
