Property Sourcing Officer - Application

<p><strong>About the Job</strong></p> <ul> <li>We are hiring Property Sourcing Officers to join our fast-growing real estate team.</li> <li>As a Property Sourcing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and securing at least 100 property listings every month to support our expansion drive.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Source and list a minimum of 100 properties monthly</li> <li>Build and maintain an updated database of available properties</li> <li>Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure maximum property visibility</li> <li>Develop and sustain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage</li> <li>Strong networking and negotiation skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and consistently meet monthly targets</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Familiarity with the Victoria Island – VGC axis is highly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attractive Salary and performance bonuses for exceeding targets</li> <li>Career growth opportunities in the real estate sec</li> </ul>
