Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:

  • Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for [Supervisor Title] and other staff members.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.


Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors and provide information.
  • Managing visitor flow and access.
  • Maintaining visitor logs and records.


Data Entry and Management:

  • Entering data into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining and updating company records.
  • Generating reports as needed.


Other Duties:

  • Assisting with special projects as assigned by supervisor.
  • Performing other clerical duties as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving administrative issues.


Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of experience
  • OND in any field of study
