Monitoring warehouse & secondary utilization on daily basis Monitoring Depot Operational efficiencies to manage high throughput, fastest truck turnaround time, labour efficiencies, etc Monitor obsolescence at Depots and trigger stakeholders to take necessary actions to avoid finished goods write off Execute Depot SOPs and put in controls to ensure statutory compliance Ensure timely warehouse audits, pest controls etc Ensure highest of hygiene & safety standards across warehouses Driving & monitoring best practices across warehouses Monitor CAPEX, central procurements for warehousing,
