In-House Sales Executive
<p>Location: Ikate, Lekki – Lagos</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>We are hiring a proven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate must come with an active clientele base or hot leads and be ready to deliver immediate sales.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Market and sell Mshel Homes’ properties to clients.</li> <li>Leverage existing leads and build new ones.</li> <li>Attend weekly Monday meetings and other scheduled engagements.</li> <li>Provide updates on sales activities and client follow-ups.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in real estate sales.</li> <li>Must have an active clientele base/hot leads.</li> <li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Must be based in Lagos preferably Lekki/Ikate.</li> <li>Immediate resumption.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7% commission on every closed sale.</li> <li>Salary begins after 1–3 months of active sales.</li> <li>Marketing resources: flyers, ID card, newsletters, mobility, call cards.</li> <li>Airtime stipends and full staff benefits.</li> </ul> <p>Resumption: Immediate.</p>
