Foreign Bank - Assistant Relationship Manager (Contract)

· Provide administrative support to the Private Banker

· Hybrid Work Arrangement / 4 days office 1 day working from home

· Min 3 years of operations/ client services experience in Private Banking/ Wealth management

· Contract till end Dec 2025

· Basic Salary up to $ 7,500 / Raffles Place

In this role, you will be an integral part of a centralized team dedicated to supporting Relationship Managers and Investment Managers serving high-net-worth clients in the Global South Asia (GSA) market. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth client onboarding processes, providing efficient day-to-day operational support, and resolving client account and payment inquiries.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting Private Bankers with new client account opening procedures and periodic reviews.

· Providing comprehensive administrative support to Private Bankers to ensure excellent client service and foster client retention.

· Managing daily business-as-usual tasks within the team and market.

· Handling desk administration, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination for Private Bankers.

· Identifying and escalating issues to management in a timely and appropriate manner.

· Developing a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, including confidentiality, data protection, and cross-border regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

· Some prior experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or KYC operations is advantageous.

· A strong team-oriented approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

· A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.

· Fluency in both written and spoken English.

· Exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach, and strong communication skills.
