- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.
- Handle in-flight emergencies and incidents with professionalism and according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for passengers.
- Stay informed about company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may require lifting and bending.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Successful completion of required training and certification programs
