Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create, and publish engaging digital content across social media, websites, and other online platforms.
  • Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and emerging platforms to inform content strategy.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the station’s brand voice, values, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and programming teams to amplify on-air shows and campaigns digitally.
  • Track, analyze, and report content performance using data-driven insights to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage online interactions with listeners.
  • Stay updated with best practices in digital media, content creation, and audience engagement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or multimedia production.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media content creation, ideation, and trend analysis.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (SEO, social media metrics, etc.) for performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Practical skills in photography and video editing for content production.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt quickly to changing media landscapes.
